Hey,just got myself an 07 a3 sportback and I'm getting a little adventurous.....
Been on here a couple months and never touched a car before now so pretty safe to say I don't have a clue but just got stuck into a few cheap mods, nothing major, just cosmetic.
I'm gonna lay out a few pics of what I've done so far,any comments appreciated, good bad or educational :)

Thanks in advance just go easy on me please!

Honest opinion: Like everything apart from the tinted lights (especially don't like the fronts tinted) and the alloys.

Think the Audi emblem puddle lights are a really nice touch btw. :sunglasses:

You're car though so make it look exactly how you like it imo. :grinning:

I don't mind the alloys, not the worst!
I would get rid of the tint off the front and rears (they have rubbish light output as standard why make it worse!)
Do some diy to the front grill to make the plate holder smaller or the same size as the plate and put the rings back on with a moded holder.
That's all for me really, if it were my car would just need a better finish to the aftermarket grill etc.
Good luck!

Already have the holder just debating black or chrome.....
Got brighter lights in, not standard so can see bit more than usual bulbs output but as mentioned above, on lookout for lights after holiday. Any ideas on plate holder adjustments as it's all one piece with the grille. Thanks for the comments tho, much appreciated!

Go chrome rings, use the holder that came with the grill if it did and mark around the rings and dremal out the circles.
Contact @t8ups as he builds custom xenon headlights that look oem but perform better and are generally plug & play + coding, then get the facelift rear lights and it'll look awesome, he has previously customised the lights to the customers spec as well so it can possibly be more your own.

Have to agree on the tinted lights, most people want them brighter. Have another go at the gap between the front bumper and the bonnet, looks a bit too wide there.
Apart from that red and black theme looks good and make it your own as you say.
