MOT this morning, straight through only mention was windscreen badly chipped, getting that done next week. I was a bit worried about my S4 headlights as I personally know of two people that have had their vehicles fail due to HID kits being fitted but all was well.

Changed the thermostat.. AGAIN.. Never buy aftermarket ones.. They can't cope with the engines needs...
Couldn't get it to 90 with climate on.. Only when turned off, and when turned on it dropped to 70ish...

It was a Hella..

Going to fit my returned FB MFSW.
Wasn't satisfied with the looks of it when I bought it.. The leather was wrinkly and the stitches came out..
So I send it back some weeks ago.. Finally got it today.. Now I'm satisfied

And got him to fit alcantara top and bottom instead

Had control arms fitted and Eibach Sportline 50/40 Kit fitted on my Avant. Feels amazing now! Reduced rake, reduced spine breaking, increased speed in corners :sunglasses:

Spend most of the day fiddling with the boot trying to fit rear view camera..
Got it fitted and got the wire through to under the roof inside the car..
Now I just have to figure out how to loosen the roof and pillars so the wire can reach the radio

I went down the pillar and under the carpet for my camera, make sure you tuck the wire in nice and tight so it doesn't rattle in the roof lining, this happened to me when I fitted a replacement hose for the bidet, drove me nuts so all had to come down again.

Ok..
How about power to your camera? I am thinking of splicing it to the reversing light.. Just got to find that loom also..

Was it easy to loosen the liner and pillars inside??

Once you have removed the torx's that hold the grab handles on the rest just unclips from memory with a bit of a tug, just be very careful not to crease the roof liner. As for a camera live I took it from the reverse lights so as only live when reversing.

On a car I used to own I put the live on the rear wiper I removed so I could have it on when I wanted it on. I could switch it on and off when I wanted. Didn't really use it for reversing, just seeing what was behind me when I wanted to lol.

My stereo has a feature that if you hold one of the buttons for more than two seconds it does the same thing, have to say totally useless feature as I just look in my mirror to see what's behind me, still have the option though!!

You look like your running quite low anyway mate
Fairly low yeah. Would be nice to have some more clearance for bad roads, multi-storey car parks and speed humps though.

I do far too many daily miles (100+) to run Bags I think.

They give a fairly smooth ride to be fair I don't use mine daily as I've drive a truck daily so it suits me

Added wheels.

Bought a genuine Votex rear skirt for my saloon, getting it ready for paint...hope to get pics up soon....

Reverse raking a bit! I need raise the rear a bit and maybe lower the front slightly. The previous owner only fitted budget coilovers and i think rear shocks need changing.
