Hi - blown bulb on the rear light, so whipped it out and new one in - still nothing. As is quite often the case, the bulb holder is badly corroded so a quick check with a circuit tester tells me there is power in the metal ribbon, but none at the terminals.
So some scraping later and I now have no power at the ribbon! Reverse, brake light and indicators are all fine - this is the near side I'm working on btw.
Blown the fuse, me thinks, but of course there's no fuse for the rear lights in the fuse box on the drivers side of the dash. The other side is fine - I'm guessing I need a new bulb holder, but before I splash on that, IS there a separate fuse for each rear light, and if so, where is the wretched thing please, anyone?
If anyone has a good bulb holder do please let me know - thanks, Mike.
