Hi All.

I'm about to order this Spec. What do people think?

Audi A4 2.0 TDI 190 S line

Daytona Grey Pearl
Light & Vision Pack
Technology Pack
Heated Front Seats
3 Spoke Flat Bottom Steering Wheel
Piano Black Interior Trim
Privacy Glass
Model & Engine type deletion at rear
19" 5 Spoke V design titanium diamond cut alloy wheels
Extended 54 Litre Fuel Tank
Extended 24 Litre Ad Blue Tank

Total Price with above extras: £37745

I've managed to get the price down to ££34317 with Audi.

Deposit £5250
£406.10 per month

Drivethedeal have the price with extras as £31817.35

Deposit £4000
£375 per month

Both over 48 months with £13k balloon payment at the end, and 12k per year mileage allowance.

What do people think?

Should I try and get Audi to match?

Drivethedeal car is supplied by an as yet, Unknown Audi dealer

Have you tried CarWow? I found dealers offering up to 16% off the price for finance. Not sure about Diamond cut wheels as the have to be recut if you curb them. Also reduce your mileage to 5k a year as it will reduce the monthly payments but if you go over then p/x the car you don't pay for the extra miles..

Try carwow mate. What garage have you got current deal from?

Defo try car wow! Either way ask you local dealer to price match best offer, if not to be afraid to walk away

Carwow were no where close!

Drivethedeal were by far the cheapest on the net and I've pushed Audi Lincoln quite alot to get down to that price.

I didn't know that about the mileage?? Putting it down to 5k and if you go over and trade in, it doesn't matter? Is this true?

I would prob trade up again at 2 year point.

On my spec dtd missed carwow by £1000, I guess it depends upon the car and which dealerships reply. For me front and rear sensors are a must, not because I am c**p at parking but I have gotten used to how much easier it makes life..

For some reason I noticed carwow offers were worse this time. Only 2 garages

When I specced my B8 S4 carwow were best then I emailed the local dealers and got a very close offer.

Have you tried Orange Wheels?

The drivethedeal car will be supplied by a UK main dealer. Is there a reason you're reluctant to do that?

If I can get the same deal or as close to by my local dealer, Lincoln Audi, then I would go with them. Lincoln Audi are fantastic so I would prefer to deal with them.

Orange wheels were not as competitive

Coventry Audi have got repayments at £358 per month!!!! Doubt that will be beaten!! Think I will be ordering this week.

Thanks, thats more than I would put into a pcp, is that over 36 months or 48 and did you get a quote from the audi finance calculator?

What do people think of the spec?

I'm just about to order and I'm getting nervous! I've never ordered a new car before

Looks good mate. Not tempted by Quattro? Just thinking because you have got better discount

I think the £3k would make a difference per month!

The s tronic is good but I still prefer manual. Autos tend to take a tumble anyway as most people prefer manuals.

Lets please not get into the stronic versus manual argument that happens in the a3 8v forum...

Well I ordered the car yesterday with the final spec:

Audi A4 2.0 TDI 190 S line

Daytona Grey Pearl
Light & Vision Pack
Technology Pack
Heated Front Seats
3 Spoke Flat Bottom Steering Wheel
Piano Black Interior Trim
Privacy Glass
Hill Hold Assist
Parking System Plus
Model & Engine type deletion at rear
19" 5 Spoke V design titanium diamond cut alloy wheels
Extended 54 Litre Fuel Tank
Extended 24 Litre Ad Blue Tank

Total cost £31885!!!

That's cheaper than the basic list price for the car without the extras!
They even admitted they made a loss on the car and I only got it for that so they could meet their sales targets.

Who did you order through to get such a high spec at such a discount?! What was the percentage discount? I have been offered just over 16% discount from Coventry Audi via Carwow which I thought was decent!

I got Lincoln Audi to prove match Coventry Audi's price on Carwow.

Coventry Audis discount was 16% so that's what it must be. But that was without the parking system plus and hill hold assist.

Build date is scheduled 16-24th May so that should mean it's a my2017 build therefore I'm hoping the Black optic exterior kit will be made available for that build and I will be able to amend my order and include it before the build is confirmed at the factory. Fingers crossed!!

Are you going to pick it up straight away or wait until September for a 66 plate?

Straight away as it will be on the new March plate. Not that plates matter anymore anyway plus I'm putting a private plate on anyway.

Great news @ScottishS3 ! I ordered my S4 new back in 2014 which was very nerve wracking! I took out GAP insurance through ALA for the first time ever as it was a lot of money. I'm sure you'll love the car. Hill hold assist is worth the small cost. I use it a lot in stop/start traffic but have never yet used it on a real hill. :)
