Small scratch, no knowledge

So...I edged forwards into a plantpot. It left a very light graze on the front bumper lip.
As the title shows, I have absolutely no knowledge in this area, would a kind soul be willing to give me any tips to fix this.

There may be some permenant damage there, for the moment get a scratch remover and put some elbow grease on it, you may be able to buff quite a bit off it out if it's just damage to the clear coat.

Cheers, if it has gone through the clear coat would I have to touch if up with a clear coat so the paint beneath doesn't get affected?

Ok, thanks for the advice, ordering some of the Farecla paste and going to try my luck

As you've said be war about going through the clear coat, however if you do and the marks are in the colour coat then in a way you havent really lost anything, as you'll need some paintwork doing any way.

Thankfully its in an area that not easily closely scrutinised. But you could get a chip repair guy to do it.
