A4 B6 Sline Project

I think I would get it done as a precaution when your free there is no rush mate I'm going to give it an oil change Saturday and change plugs and fuel filter while I'm there. We could tackle it together in a couple of months if that's good with you bud

Definitely mate! I look forward to prolonging the life of another 1.8T haha

Can't wait for this mate! Defo meet up for pics, have to find a decent location half way between us. But worried you're going to highlight my 4x4ness haha

Yeh I'm sure there are some nice places between us mate. Haha I'll air up on a couple of pictures just for you. It's going in the workshop very soon

So a little question for you guys

At the bottom of my rear bumper I think it's taken a small rub at some point because the black section is starting to peel. It's been there since I've had the car and it's not got no worse but I want to do something about it now. I'm thinking to just rub that black section down a bit mask it off and spray with Satan black to make it look fresher what are people's thoughts and what's the best spray paint to use

Thanks. Excuse the dirty pictures it needs a clean I know lol

Thanks mate I went with airlift performance struts and v2 management

What does progress mean? Surely it finished!? If so, more pics please

That's ridiculous! Love that

thanks mate its just a little progress shot still lots more to do on it want to try get the front down a bit more and all the boot needs sorting out the guy thats fitting it for me sent me that picture earlier you can imagine my reaction on getting that email :hubbahubba:

still not got the car back yet we have come across a slight issue with regarding the check valves are playing up and are blowing a fuse on the loom where the compressors are working harder to fill up the tank and they are also allowing air to pass back through the valve loosing the pressure in the tank so I've ordered 2 new upgraded check valves that are built proof I've been told so once they get here and fitted that hopefully should solve my problems and i can get the car back, the only good thing is atlast the installer has picked up on this now while its with him and not while i had it

So no need to wait no more the car is back and I'm in love with it again what does everyone think?

I know it's just another Audi on air but for me it's more than that it's ticking of another thing on the bucket list that I've wanted to do since I can remember

Thanks mate it's a good upgrade I had the rnse unit in when I got it but was a bit out of date for my liking so upgraded it and what I sold the old unit for paid for the new one which was good

thanks for the great comments mate, i got the kit from a company called bolts bolts give them a google its all on there website mate, they aint a direct fit you have to kind of make them fit and secure the bulb holders with your own little made up bracket, i used a paper clip self tap a tiny screw in the back of the head light along side the indicator slot somewhere with a washer and thats perfect for holding the bulb holder in place :smile new:

@mattmanwrx thought we should discuss exhausts over on my thread rather than take up space on the show picture thread

What sort of rear bumper have you got with mine on the sline bumper the 4" pipes sit great just perfect for the recess as if they was moulded for that size haha

i think i need to get mine slambed into the weeds a bit like yours buddy.

Haha it's good fun mate I drive about a little higher so there is no stress on any ball joints or drive shaft cv bearings then when you pull up somewhere push a button and she sits on the floor I love it would defo suggest it to everyone. I know it's not cheap but do I like I did and get a good decent looked after 2nd hand kit and a reasonable place to get it fitted and your away

So put this together all old pictures but a before and after.
Top is how I got it and bottom is how it looks today
