Was gonna fit the TTS engine cover to go with my revo intake. But doesn't bother me too much that don't have a cover on
I'm working on an alternative bolt, just waiting for it to come from Germany - Its going to be about half the size it should be by the looks of it but i should be able to find the correct extension for it.
If someone who has one of these rare bolts i've sold to already could PM me the size top to bottom including the threaded part of the entire bolt i'd really appreciate it.
+ also the size of the head of the bolt at its widest point. I know its rounded but as best you can....

I can do this for you Mike, As mine still isnt fitted yet (Wanting to get it spraye I think)

Sorry mate - not 100% what you mean there, but ill try and explain.
The cover will only fit if you have an after market intake such as revo, amd, neuspeed etc.
You'll obviously have to remove the existing engine cover, which in turn removes the airbox as they are integrated.

My bolt from Germany has arrived!
So calling everyone who has the bolt - if someone could measure directly across the top of the head of the bolt and tell me how many mm it is?
+ also the entire length please.

What thread is that on the end? Computer says M6 but it looks a bit big for M6? Have you a nut to spin on the end to check?

I sent the bolt to Rob and he tested it for me, needed a bit of modifying so sent it back to me as requested, the only thing is that he's still running his standard intake, so its a bit of an a55 to keep taking his off.
Anyone up for it? Ideally someone who has a TTS engine cover already. Should be a 5 minute job if so.

I've heard/read that these bolt's can still be purchased from outside of the UK but due to shipping/tax cost's etc if makes them very expensive unless you buy a bulk of them....
Strange that VW group block them just over here.

Hi there do you have theses 2 pins part number WHT000731A x2 . Can't get them any where .
Sure would, Goof for selling them on though lol.
I do still believe they'll put a stop on other Audi part's soon - RS4 FPV etc..
So heres the replacement bolts.
Ill work out the revised kit price tomorrow morning.
Probably in the region of £140 delivered but need to check the system to be sure.
