RNS-E Mk2 blotchy screen

Recently got myself the Mk2 unit RNS-E (8P0035193B).

But as soon as i fired it up, I noticed these blotches on the screen. Anybody experienced this before? If it's permanent I'm returning the unit!

(The car is a A4 B6, but i figured that RNS-E mk2 is much more common in the A3 8P)

It's FKD, I would say it's either due to excess pressure on the screen or moisture, the unit may have been stored in a damp condition.

Looks like excess pressure on the LCD screen. Send it back as it will annoy you. New screen supplied and fittted is £320 +VAT
