Exhaust parts

is there anywhere in the uk that supplies exhaust parts, specifically a HJS 1K0 253 141 N clamp. (its a 60mm x 95mm clamp i believe)
everywhere ive looked, it seems the only place i can get this from is america or china.
i tried HJS website directly, but cant seem to actually order anything from them

parts request it is.....i phoned about 7 different places today, no-one stocks this size
