Traction Control turn on after 62mph (100kph)

From the past three weeks traction control is bothering me since it never used to do before, every time i turn to esc sport or even esc full off by pressing for 5 seconds shows off but it comes back whenever i reach to 100kph. Did anyone experienced traction problem not turning off after certain speeds, i have checked everywhere on the net for this problem but nothing comes up.
 
When I put mine into ESC Sport or ESC Off - it stays in that mode regardless of what speed I attain.

Same it used to stay on tht mode, but i dont know wats happened since then.....i was playing with xds setting thru vcds and kept it on "strong" as it was on standard but i set again to standard still same prob
 
Drive with mine off quite a bit and haven't noticed it turn back on when on national speed limit roads where I'll likely exceed that speed quite consistently..have pulled onto a motorway after an enthusiastic drive and had to turn it back on myself after hitting 70+mph..

Hold down the Traction Control button for a few seconds until your DIS displays 'ESC OFF' in Yellow at the top.

Yes I know about turning it off but above they mention sport mode too?
