exhaust valve

Most factory fit exhausts have to be cut but usually have a mark where to cut so replacement parts fit

The cat back comes off as a complete unit. The two brace bars have to be taken off first which means that the plastic under trays also need to be removed to access the fixings... not a massive problem guys.
The system will definitely not fit in your car to take back however :blue:

them tail pipes are just what i want
would you do a group discount if enough are interested nige ?

Yes we would be interested in doing something with our new system which we hope to develop in the early part of 2016.

having tested the Downpipe and 200 cell cat to the stock exhaust, some owners may wish to review their priorities however, as it sounded epic on James's 310bhp monster...

here's a link to the media...

This is a guess based on other Audi's with electronic flaps, and I can't test it as the S1 is gone now, but, with VCDS, if you go to 1-Engine
Then Byte 9, Bit 2 and turn it off.

This should leave the flap in whatever state it was last in, so if closed it'll stay closed forevermore, and if open, then it'll stay open.
how would i get the valve open though ? if it only opens at higher rpm ?

I thought it opens in dynamic even at idle. Or you could manually open it with your hand I guess...

i e mailed cobra for more details on there tail pipe options but they never got back to me !!!
bcs nige might reply on here ???

I should have some physical samples of the carbon fibre oval tail pipes next week - so will showcase on here for consideration.
