I want to gauge your opinion on this.
My car is now 5 months old, 4500 miles. As mentioned in another thread
http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/poor-performance-s3-dipped-headlights.255457/ I
I feel my headlights are way too low and need them adjusted.
Also, I feel the Wheel Alignment is off, steering wheel to the left, had this with a brand new BMW before as the rear toe was out. Car isn't driving straight, especially compared to the brand new 308 work car?!
I phoned up the local dealer, checking my warranty first, which states these problems are covered upto 6250 miles or 6 months.
Service person I spoke to said that wheel alignment might not be covered by the warranty due to "the state of the British roads at the moment" and manufactures are not covering this as "I could have hit a pothole"
Unless they can prove damage (which there is none) surely they can't refuse this under warranty, as geometry can settle over time hence why its mentioned in the warranty? just seemed like a very negative attitude.
