Hi Trups,

Not used you before but it seems you are the man to ask for lighting

I've just bought all the Valeo stuff to go genuine Xenon. I want to upgrade everything else to LED whilst I've got the units out so would like Cree style side lights and orange indi's. I had halfrauds sidelights in LED but they only lasted 8 months!!

Have you got some good quality replacements and can you quote me 2 sidelights and 2 indicators, all canbus friendly?

Hi Bud.

I can supply what you need but the indicators may be an issue due to the low current, even with canbus friendly ones you will still get the fast flash issue, there are a few ways to resolve this, find the relay and get one that is compatible with LED's, resistor or I can supply you a dummy bulb holder to trick the system.

for the sidelights I have some CREE 3 bulbs coming in, they will be 501 fitment but I think your xenons will have a H6W fitted, can you check them?

Housings state H6W on them, yeah.

Do you supply the resistors I'd need for the indi's?
 
Ok, I can have the factory make them into h6w's if you wanted.

I don't supply the resistors but the dummy bulb holder that houses a 501 is safer and gets less hot imo.

Ok mate,
Price me up for 2 dummy bulb holders and two orange LED's, delivered to Northampton, yes.

I'll just grab some cheap eBay crap for the sidelights for now as looking to modify the housings quite soon

Really depends what time you shut up shop mate as I can only come by at the end of the day really
