Facelift LED Tail lights.

I'm looking to change my S4 Avant B8 pre-facelift LED tail lights to facelift LED items. what do I need apart from the led light unit themselves?
(I have searched btw, but so many different answers crop up, that I'm left confused!)

Hi mate did you get sorted out as am looking the same but mines a saloon
 
Hi Mate, did you solve it. What adapter did you order?
 
I'm probably going to buy the lights from eBay or somewhere. I was having some headlight work done by @t8ups and he recommended a guy on here @Ash187 who could make the adapters, then remotely code them.
This is still on my 'to do' list and I will get around to it one day!!
