I have got a set of BBS/Speedline wheels, 9j et52. I think I will need spacers to clear the struts. I have a set of 20mm and 15mm from a previous car. Will these work or be too aggressive? I can't be bothered with arch mods etc. The car has apparently been lowered 30mm by previous owner but looks pretty much stock ride height to me.

The wheels will be put on 225-35-19 tyres or 235-35-19 tyres.

Thanks

Spacers would need to hubcentric ones to avoid vibrations and match the 5x112 PCD.

What spec is your A4?

I have the same alloys with 235/35/19's fitted, and I run 12mm on the front, and 15mm on the rear which gets them sitting quite flush. I've never had any rubbing at the rear, but I sometimes get a tiny bit of rubbing at the front on full lock when loaded up, but I think it's the liner rather than the arch itself.
I'm lowered 50mm at the front though so the top of my tire sits under the lip (see below), so if yours is 20mm higher you should have no rubbing issues at all.

Awesome thank you. Do you have any more pics of the entire car?

Thanks
