yourAudi - Track New Car Order

Drove out early afternoon, so drove around with my wife till I got dark. Came back and tried to set things up the way I want. Then went out on my own , stereo up ... Yep. Wow.
How am I going to keep the revs down for a thousand miles .. I just had to slip into sports mode and gun it at least once . Well maybe more than once.
Off to detailers thursday afternoon , pick back up Sunday. Will do pics then..

On my tracker my car is on the way to dealer but dealer email me said my car is on the ship now :( wth

Finally made it to the panel shop today. Yay! :grinning: Still no details showing regarding options. I guess they'll all be present and correct.
 
I have just had the call, my car is being delivered to work next Thursday! :yahoo::yahoo:

Insurance is sorted and cheaper than I expected... I am sooooooo happy!

Confirmed picking mine up on Tuesday... I feel I have had more contact with ACS about the inability to track the car's progress in youraudi than I have the dealers!
Today a call from them with excuses...
1. Its a beta version only 400 users are registered to use it?
2. My car is a fleet / company purchase (no)
3. The car was on hold or something..?
4. The details were not exactly the same in order as I have entered in youraudi?

Hello Audi.. car is at the dealers awaiting collection!

Not long left at all for mine, It left Ingosladt on Wednesday. Hoping my car's going to be on the City of Amsterdam vessel that leaves from Emden to Tyne at some point today (ETA for the vessel in Tyne is 8pm tomorow evening).

Then all that's left is transporting it to the dealers!

Car ended up being built a week before the build date on 'YourAudi', which means that the build week got brought forward a total of 4 weeks from my original build date specified by my dealer and what was initially on YourAudi. Happy Days.

Just by chance happened to go into my local dealer today to have a nosey at the new building and to include GAP insurance on the finance and to remove the charge for the sat nav.

VERY glad I went in, turns out that because when I ordered the collection date was set as 'January 16' as an estimated collection - they were planning on letting the car sit at emden until the appropriate boat for an early january collection (They stated that there wasn't enough room to store the cars up here). As I brought that up, the helpful lady that I was dealing with today assured me that she'll get the admin team on the case for an ASAP collection as well as all the things to do with finance sorted out.
 
I was £499 for 4 years and it covers £250 of your main insurance excess as well so if things did go tits up, paying £125 a year for it doesn't sound too bad for a lot less hassle!
 
Checked YourAudi this morning and my car is now in the 'Preperation' stage!
Last month the build date was 25th Jan, last week it moved forward to 7th Dec, and now its on the Production Line!
Happy days!
 
New look mobile version is excellent. Very impressive.

My Sepang S3 is now on the boat :laughing::laughing::laughing:

Yippee, I can now track my car in youraudi.....! At last I can view all the info, problem is it doesn't show it been outside on my drive :welcoming:
 
Yea the updated tracker looks very smart. And all the details of my order are there and correct.

Mine said it was on the way to the dealer yesterday...still hasn't updated. Must be taking the scenic route through Kent/Essex :p
 
My S3 saloon is in prep at the moment and due to start build next week which is pretty good as I only placed the order just over 2 weeks ago.

Is the spec of your cars in yourAudi exact to your order ? My order seems to have acquired a couple of extra extras, maybe it's just a bug as the site is beta. Not sure if I should say something.....
 
At long last! Hopefully get to pick it up at some point this or next week!

When did it leave the factory Dale. My order has just left Ingolstadt so interested to know how long it'll take to reach Glasgow.

These are my order statuses so far. I had a bit of a balls up as they were planning on leaving my car in Emden until December for a January collection, so had to tell them I want it ASAP and don't want to wait.

Was advised that I'd get emailed when the car entered the UK in order to transfer reg plates etc. but still haven't been e-mailed or contacted, with my car being in the UK since Saturday, and in true salesman fashion they can never seem to find the phone when trying to call them!
 
Thanks, at least a couple more weeks then. Mine was a late January collection so will check they are going to ship straight to the dealer.

Which option did you use to get the Order Status list on yourAudi? I can just see the graphics

ok first time poster. Ordered my TTS on Oct 30th and only just got a build slot of Week 5. (Took ages). Anyway now I have it and have a order number I can see on tracker I am at order received stage and construction expected 25th Jan. I assume for a late Feb\early March delivery. I'm so excited. I am going away in early Feb and was hoping to have the car by then for an early road trip....am I wishful thinking?.

Where are you guys getting build dates and such? I am only seeing that my car is in preparation.

I can however see all of the options.

I just logged into the Web page on a browser, rather than via an app
 
If I recall correctly, that means that it's away to start getting built! Mine stayed at that status for roughly a week and then the build started.

An hour until pickup now, excited to say the least! Getting the car detailed on Sunday too whilst I'm at work, so won't miss out too much on being carless!

any ideas what time frame is before it reaches uk? is it usually few days or 2 weeks from here?

Mine took just over a week to get to the dealers... really quick however, I think it all depends when the boat is due to leave..
 
I see, I just checked and now it's in uk so was 4 days in between

I guess this is now when updates slows down lol

Can't wait!!! Dealer is useless I told them it's shipped and he like it's not in ship and in production line still when my audi says it's left Germany....

My car wasn't due to be built until 4th Jan,just checked now it's gone into preparing to be built
 
got my status updated to update 40 so waiting for transporter according to the back end coding, but on display it shows on its way to dealer....very misleading for someone that does not have access to the back end coding...

hopefully it will be on transporter soon!!

just one question, does the update usually happen over night only or can it happen during day? as at times i refresh page 4-5 times every hour for some update lol #impatient!
 
If my car was already in the docks last week, how long would it generally take for the car to be delivered to the dealer and then be ready for me?
 
My car 'Left Ingolstadt' yesterday!
It was originally a start of March 2016 delivery, so to get it 3 months early is delicious!
 
arrived at dealer today and will pick up tuesday/wed!! this much time to prepare!?? very impatient now lol!!

Mine has left 'Inglostadt' today (Tuesday 15th Dec),, I have seen people mentioning ship names that theirs are sailing on earlier in the thread... where is that info being found?

I still cannot track my car. I login okay and put in my order details and I then get an error message saying that the order number is not recognised. I was in with the dealer today finalising the spec and he has given me a build wk 6 delivery 3rd week in March. He cannot understand why I am unable to track it and is making some enquiries.

Anyone come across this and is there a way around this error?
