Dab on rnse nav plus

Google a thing called 'autodab'. Advanced in car technology done a video demo of it. You'll find it on YouTube.
 
Hold of on this as there is an issue with the autodab system, I'm working with autodab aka connects2 atm to find out what causes the problems with rns-e units.

Had one fitted to my a3!
Would recommend one.

What issues are people having?
 
Dab doesn't always turn on & remains greyed out in the list of stations.

I'm talking with connects2 on this as it has the latest fw installed, so something is amiss on the canbus signals its reading IMHO.
 
Is there any other way of getting dab radio instead of autodab dont want to buy it and run into problems

I can confirm autodab is ***** on the RNSE. Always greyed out and now, doesnt even show up in my list of stations. Waste of time and money!
