Wellycooler FMIC Install Help(S3)

I know there are other threads that cover a lot of what im looking for but i need a little more advice. I have a Wellycooler with the 73mm outlets and have ordered what i hope to be the right bits of hose which i found in the 'wellycooler fitting' thread

I need to know what length of joiner is needed and wether this is everything i need to fit it? Will it mate up to the charge pipe and throttle body with these pipes? If not what else will i need? Also will i need the forge map sensor pipe or can i weld a flange to the alloy joiner and use it that way?
