TX - that tech is the kind of tech I need, was that the sd nav or enhanced spec?

I know! I didn't think it was going to work so I would have asked for something else but when he came back and said that's no problem my face lit up
Sorry, weather is terrible, and the couple of shots the Mrs got at handover were of my beaming smile and not the car!
Rest assured I'll find somewhere under cover and take some over the weekend (as the forecast is rain, rain rain!).
Did get this little vid - this car is all about the noises it makes!
I'll start a thread with my first thoughts at some point over the weekend. So far though, VERY HAPPY!

Yep standard set-up as others have already said. FYI my original order didn't have satnav it only appeared in my car as it was built mid October eg after the standard spec changed to have inclusive satnav! Wasn't charged any more though so win win
Get an order in chap it really is a mighty car. Good example - on to a roundabout today and needed a touch of speed as a car was coming round, the RS3 took off at an almighty pace and let out a thunderclap of noise when changing up! So loud I thought something had broken

Not sure tbh as I never mentioned it at all, the dealer actually told me that they would fit it when the car arrived. My understanding though is that all cars were enabled anyway for the standard satnav eg pre the updated spec and price albeit we could choose to have it or not vs now where the dealers just fit it when the cars arrive? Knowing what I know now for £500 it was a bargain and I should have added it as an option ...

Thanks TX - the advice and pep-talk have worked, final chats with wofe tonight and then sort finance with dealer next week - hoping to put pen to paper then... So liberating when you finally decide!! Watch this space....

Good news for me.
Dealer told me this yesterday and tracker updated this morning.
Considering I started at 28th March that's about a 15wk shift forward. Ordered 2nd July.

Nice one I started end April and its lived forward to 29th Feb but has stuck there for last 3 -4 weeks now hopefully moves forward a bit more would love a 1st March pickup

Well what can I say. Had the most incredible evening yesterday. The car is everything I had dreamed it would be and more! The noise, the handling and everything about the car is sublime. Haven't had a chance to really push it yet as the weather has been shocking! But I urge anyone getting this car to get the sports exhaust. You won't be dissapointed!
Anyway here's a few pics from handover. Didn't take a great deal as I was too excited to drive off! As I've not mentioned specs before, the car is: Daytona, Black Pack, Black mirrors, dynamic pack and titanium matte alloys. Will try get some more pics when the weather is better

Mines the exact same! Really hoping for some movement tomorrow morning! Gets a bit disheartening checking the tracker each morning and seeing the same date all the time.

Sepang and completely standard outside. Looks as amazing in the metal as I had hoped, and exactly as much of a Q-Car as I wanted. Still had all the white protective coatings on it, and all the interior protection but the SS seats and RS red interior pack look great. Mats were covered and didn't think to look under the covers at them! Everything will become clear tomorrow...
Will be taking lots of pics have no fear, even if the weather is a rubbish as today!

Im sure yours will spring forward mate! I may have been lucky and got a cancelled slot!
Will be phoning the dealer in the morning to make sure everything is right and someone isn't pulling my leg! Still cant believe its going to be built in less than 4 weeks!

Mine was recently pulled forward to week 4 build. If I change the colour from mythos black to Sepang will this impact the delivery date ?
