So I've been talking to Sandra and we have some fantastic and really exclusive events with NI Audi planned for the rest of the year for you guys, I'll have more info on those very soon :)

We also have an upcoming joint meet with our friends over at NI-BMW Owners Club, at OCD Detailing's new premises coming up in the next few weeks, I'll be speaking with Trevor from NI-BMW about this in the next week, so more details on that as and when I have them.

In the mean time I'd like to get a couple of small meets in the bag :) what I want from you guys is some ideas on what you would like to do. It's all well and good me organising something and you all going to it, but I want to get you guys more involved in the organising of things.

Let me know what you would like to do and some ideas on locations, I would like a more central location so it's fairer on everyone.

Thanks
Aaron

A meet with Belfast Audi is something we have planned in the next couple of months. Portadown is undergoing renovations and will have us over to visit their new showroom after Christmas :)

The meets I was talking about here is club meets buddy, just small meet ups that we will have on our own as a club :)

I was just thinking there about a photoshoot, wouldn't mind having a word with Renis B from RMS, we could maybe get something sorted out

Ah ok Cool. Well I think "Coffee" meets are quite popular? Ive seen some of the BMW boys have these. Never been to one but I would image we could just meet at a Costa/Starbucks/Nero or whatever and have a good chinwag! Obviously anyone that doesnt like Coffee is absolutely not welcome at all.....hahaha

There's a Costa at Holywood Exchange, Belfast and also Junction one, Antrim. Both easily accessible by car.
Not sure about out west tho...

I'm back on the road with the Junior Belfast Giants from next month so there will be a few Saturdays I'll be in Scotland and may miss meets but I'll do my best, assuming Audi haven't taken the car back do to poor emmissions.... ;-)

If anything changes as part of this software upgrade then I'll be having a chat with Audi. It'll probably hint at false advertising and not being sold what was stated but let's see what they offer first....

if they take our cars in I wonder what sort of comp you will get and what courtesy car they would offer as I would insist only on my engine specs or bigger

You'll be starting with the words, refund & bank account...

Hahahaha you lot are hilarious, I work for my company, I don't own it :glee:

Junction One could work, seems pretty central for everyone. I just don't like the speed bumps in their carpark haha

Guys, myself and a couple of others on the site are attending the Paul Walker Memorial show and shine in Downpatrick on the day of the 29th.

If you are thinking about an evening time cars & coffee meet which the guys at NI-BMW do, then it could work for that date.

I think an evening time meet would be different for the club, we always want to try new things.

I've just checked, junction one closes at 6pm (normal opening hours) I don't know if this is extended for Christmas opening hours.
