So had my S3 for just over a year now and thought I'd post a build thread, I never really thought I'd do one of these so the pictures etc may be a little out but anyway here goes :)

This is the car just after I got the wheels powdercoated black just a few days after I picked her up;

So my first thing to do was to go APR Stage 2+.. At the time there weren't many people that had gone this route especially with the DSG S3.. But I thought the car could be a bit of a weapon with the Stage 2+ and DSG Combo

I went and got the ITG Maxogen Intake, Autotech High Pressure Fuel Pump and Milltek Turboback Exhaust

After the parts were installed I then got the APR Stage 2+ Remap on the ECU and the car became a little monster! Below is the power it made;

I then went and got the Airtec Stage 2 FMIC to help hold the power a little more when the car was under stress at Dragstrip Days or Track Days;

So that was my Stage 2+ Package complete so I then added some H&R Springs just to help the car sit better and also got the wheels a different colour again just to stand out a little from the average white Audi!

So after a little while the time came where I wanted even more power from my little S3 and thought the TTE Route would be the way to go and boy, I wasn't wrong :) The Autotech HPFP couldn't cope with what was being asked of it so it was time to sell it on and purchase the APR HPFP to replace it!
The Milltek Turboback also became a restriction due to the backbox and how it was shaped, I had to go custom for that area so it has now became a Hybrid Milltek lol.

After that I got the APR Runner Flap Delete, APR Low Pressure Fuel Pump, Neuspeed Charge Pipe, Neuspeed Discharge Pipe and Bespoke 165bar FPV

And of course the Hybrid Turbo itself from TheTurboEngineers;

The APR Stage 2+ Map took well to the TTE Hybrid but I wanted a bit more power and torque from it as I knew the TTE was capable of more and it proved me right! With a Custom Map from Stan @ Ecotune and also a Custom DSG Map it made 426bhp and 454ftlbs! The car was a little supercar killer and gets you a lot of surprised faces :)

You can see many, many videos of the car on my YouTube Channel -

Just a few pics of the car as of now with the new lighter TD's fitted;

This is my first ever build thread and you have probably noticed haha, I'm not very good at these type of things but anyway thought I'd post up and give you all something to read :) any questions then just ask! I've missed out lots probably and I bet you I notice later lol...

I think this video shows just how the car is running now;

Thanks a lot for reading and sorry if it's a bit amateur'ish!

Thanks mate, yeah it was a good race and the car had the power to hold him out to the finish line too, to my surprise haha! There's many more surprises on my YT Channel, these little S3's are proper sleepers with a bit of power!

There's something I do admire about the GTR,but it's a big heavy old brute,and a lot of mass to shift about on corners especially.

Agree with you Alex, It's my dream car though so I'm a bit of a fanboy when it comes to a GTR but I don't mind beating them down a dragstrip haha

There's a few locally,and one I remember in particular,probably driven by someone with even less ability than me,but it looked horrible trying to keep up with me.

You have one seriously quick car. Loved the 'wipe the floor' with the Merc AMG. Awesome. You must go through some amount of rubber. Race Wars in Crail. Who would have though the wee village I used to holiday in would rival Fast and Furious. :respekt::respekt::respekt:

One of the best examples on here. Quality mate!

how was the fit for the neuspeed throttle pipe good fit or some work req? I have one to go on my car but everyone says there a swine to fit?

Thanks a lot for the kind words guys, really appreciate it! haha Can't wait to get it down to Santa Pod, Crail Surface doesn't help any car get the power down!

The Neuspeed Throttle Pipe is quite a tight fit and may require a bit of DIY buddy, but It's worth it in the end!

Hi mate,

thanks for the comments bud! My Milltek backbox area was causing a restriction (I'm sure Milltek have now revised this) so I had to make a Custom tailpipe/backbox area to the Milltek Downpipe. I need to update this whole thread as I have now went for an even bigger turbo and lots of go faster bits!

Will help in any way I can mate, there's a few people on here with big power so it's a good place to search for help :D

So, thought I'd update this thread a little (I'm absolutely useless at Build Threads)

Have big plans for the car and going for a big turbo build, so got to work with the plan as soon as I could...

The team got to work on the car around a month or so ago and it was basically like this for a bit until the goodies arrived;

So after a little bit the parts arrived;

Old Pistons/Rods out, new ones in;

12039339_1711663542402451_7250266906922009490_n.jpg

and this was the turbo and manifold in a few a days ago;

Will update it some more once it's all together but this is a quick update, as I said I'm really bad at these threads lol...

Really nice car and great build!:) What injektors are you going to use on new BT setup? still S3 injektors?

Thanks guys! Appreciate it :)

It's the Nortech Manifold Alex!

It's a superb piece of kit.
I'm very happy with mine.

On the subject of injectors I'm sure you know that the RS4s do smoke unless mapped carefully and rick would be the man for that.

On mine Storm fitted the Syvecs ECU and also hooked up the extra injector rail allowing me to run S3 injectors up to around 400bhp and bring the others in above that.

Just staying with the S3 Injectors to begin with, should see 480-500bhp with them and the Custom FPV... But I will be upgrading to the RS4 Injectors along with Custom Inlet Manifold once I get some more funds together!

Ok! wery intersting to see how fare you can push the S3 injektors!:) what RPV you have? 165bar?
