Slight squeak from brakes on my S3

Hey everyone I need some help before I pull my hair out...over the past couple weeks since I had my car back from the garage my cars been making a squeaking noise but only if I'm ever rolling or just touch the brake pedal...got into into garage today and found that there was no grease on them and it had all dried up so after applying some and putting back together drove off and all was fine

10 minutes into driving home tho and it's back!!!

Can anyone share some light on situation or give me advice and what steps I should take next??

I will be eventually going down route TTRS but can't afford them just yet but I can't cope anymore it's starting get embarrassing
 
Could be your handbrake sticking or simply a stone got trapped between disc and pad. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
 
Mine squeak on low speeds...what I find is brake cleaner helps..I got 2 cans for £4 delivered from carpartsforless.give that a try maybe
 
Mine do this aswell, Unfortunately I don't think it's something that has a full time fix as in my experience some/most brakes do let off some kind of noise but just some worse then other's. If cleaning them out and greasing them up hasn't worked my only other suggestion is trying new pads but is that really worth it....
