My exclusive order has come forward unfortunately.. I would be over the moon but I was given a brand new black rs3 to drive a month ago until mine arrives so was hoping for a little longer in the courtesy car. Goes to show if you don't ask you don't get...

Very nice... As I've got ages to wait I've just purchased the new shape caddy and I pick that up Friday because of what's going on with the scandal atm I managed to secure a £4k discount on a bluemotion caddy that is supposed to do 1000 miles on £60 that should slow the wait time down and make me some more money

Bw 5th oct, went into prep on the 16th sept. It's now in transit

Goes into prep 2-3 weeks before build date, build starts a few days before the actual build date and then it stays in quality control till the Friday/Saturday where it changes to in transit. That's what I've seen on the forums

How long do the cars normally wait in Emden once they get there, mine has been sat there nearly a week now and still hasn't been allocated a place on one of the transport ships according to my dealer.

I ordered on the 25 July and still have no build date, Check the tracker every day just to see the welcome page !!
Spoke to dealer serval times and he's still confident the car will be ready for March !
would be a lot happier to actually see a build date on the tracker though !!

My Dealer says similar and its normal .... It wouldn't be an issue previous years - but now we have access to this damn tracker grrr
Guess we gotta be patient a bit longer but like you I would like to at least see a build date soon.
I'm dealing with James Faulkner and to be honest I can't fault him, I ordered my current S3 8v sportback with him and had no issues always promised for 1st March 2014 and he delivered .
He says he his confident with delivery for March 2016 with the RS3 so I am trusting him !
This tracker thing for me for the last 2 1/2 months has been a nightmare, soon as I'm awake up I check the status !
I'm as bad! I deal with Mark Paddon but he hasn't the authority to give big discounts so move right up the food chain for that. May see you on 1 March!

Totally agree with you it's not seeing a build week on the tracker but seeing others given build weeks that ordered after that gets me worried !
I have dealt with my salesman before and has delivered as promised so shouldn't have reason to doubt him !

We didn't get a build week until 13th September, which was 7th March. I checked everyday on the tracker, it was so frustrating seeing others that ordered after us getting a BW straight away. Since then it seems to update everyday Saturday evening, we've jumped from 7th March to 15th Feb then to 8th Feb. Just checked this morning and we are now on 1 Feb!

Was allocated BW17 by the 23rd August > BW13 > BW03 > BW05 since the 21st September
I actually don't mind if my current BW05 doesn't change, because I don't want the car until March

If you shout the right things in Andre Konsbruck's direction then people start listening! I was quite surprised to get a brand new rs3 for a courtesy car...an s3 would have been fine.

I ordered 2 weeks ago, initially was told it would be here for June. Someone has cancelled though so now BW3
Going Mythos Black but may swop to Red (looks orange though so need one in the flesh), Black Pack, Dynamic pack and spec'd the SS seats for now. Hoping the rumoured buckets become available soon!!!
