Just found out it has one of the affected engines, I'm a bit worried that iv bought the wrong car now!

Emissions? If no, then drive it and enjoy it bud.

Loving the poke from the a5 be+ wheels.
 
i see what you mean, i got it for the MPG and being a great family car but just don't want to loose any power,MPG or extra resale value?

Ask sales rep about the fix being sent out in January and see if they will give few extra ££ back to help.
