Piece of cake as i too have an A4 B6 Cab.

Xenon Headlights
With regards to the xenon lighting, you have 2 choices. You can either by a cheap H7 HID kit off ebay. Around £20 and up as a lot of us on here have done. Usually works a treat.

The other, Retrofit an OEM set which costs considerably more but is the 'proper' way of doing it. And yes...you can include all the auto leveling functions but this would need advice from an expert. Or ask NHN above.

Tail lights
The B7 cabriolet Tail lights can be quite easily retrofitted to your B6 Cab.
1st - obviously buy a set
2nd - You will need to purchase the below to cancel the 'bulb out' warning on your dashboard display. This is because the B6 cab lights have 2 reverse lights where as the B7 Cab has 1.

3. Code them in using VCDS software for VAG cars to change the top brake light from 25% to 0%
