Can't see @Nilz being beaten unless Vettel has a real bad run as @jojo says. @Sandra you have a good chance of not finishing last this year, from such a poor start your coming up on the rails.

Thanks Karl, I have had a bad season this year. If I get off the bottom by the end of the season I be happier. I be better next season and be more careful on who I pick. :) x

It was all going well for the dream team till Raikonnen wiped out Bottas on the last lap what a t**t . Glad Sainz was OK after his off that looked pretty scary at the time. Really looks like NILZ has it sown up with Ferarris resurgence .
Good to see @Sandra making up points on some of the backmarkers, Jases chasers look like they are running out of steam.

Better racing the weekend was to be found in the last BTCC event of the year at Silverstone. Fantastic wheel to wheel racing and a film director couldn't have penned a more exciting ending.

I agree about BTCC, but it is a shame everyone except Geoff and Menu were letting Shedden pass. Jordan even indicated on the track. Felt like a track day, not last race deciding about the championship.
 
I enjoyed the Sochi race, was very tense right at the end and glad Perez made it to the podium, If i was Bottas, I would have blown a gasket man!!

I did see Jordan indicate but Shedden still had to get the speed out of the car and those last few laps were particularly dodgy, could of ended in tears several times.
Looking at this article in Autosport http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/121302 Plato seems to have it in for Smith, although he wasn't helping much at all.
The one thing Plato does say "I'm not great friends with anyone in the paddock apart from a couple, because by definition we're all liars. That's been proven." points to why I think Shedden got some easier passes.
He is a much more liked driver in the Paddock and is a cleaner racer, a lot of people would rather see Shedden win than Plato.
I really Can't see Aaron Smith racing for BMR next year, I am sure Jason won't want him in the team.

Plato said after the second race that Smith probably got himself sacked. Yeah, I bet that more people like Shedden because he is a nice bloke. Still, I think that Plato deserved to win it finally. Being second 5 years straight can't be nice at all. That said, Plato should have done a better job at Rockingham and win it there.

Well we are getting near to the end of the season. Not a great race this weekend but the poor Ferrari performance has hit a few peoples scores most noticeably the leader who managed a -6 score.
If that carries on at the last 2 races then @Nilz could be throwing it away.

@jojo could be challenging for one step higher on the podium as well, 2nd is within reach.

I was within a point of @jojo at the start of proceedings, I couldn't believe Kimi threw it away in a fit of rage. :bye:
 
100 points to second place. IMO Nilz has it in a bag!

It's 87 points 1st to second and there was a 43 point difference between 1st and second this week, so it's possible, however unlikely.
 
A dreadful race for me this week, can't believe how badly ferrari did and Hamilton not gaining 1st position either.

Oh well let's hope they all do better in the last two races as I don't want to be giving this lead away after such a run.

Congrats Nilz for winning the league this year. Sandra will win next year! Or the year after :)
I have just cancelled SKY sports after another disappointing, boring season. It might be a good idea if someone else took over next year, as I will be watching only occasional race.
Switching to eurosport for more WEC and WTCC action.

Been looking at the overall winners of the league, Two people picked the same team and managed to score the same points on the joker .

Will have to think a bit more about this next year, although I suspect Verstappen next year will be a lot pricier.

@Sandra you didn't do too bad in the scheme of things 803rd out of 855 total entries. The guy in 853rd place only scored 173 points for the whole season. He was probably actually in first place up until the end of the first race with a 51 point bonus.

Overall the Audi-sport.net league finished 65th out of 109. Just ahead of Mclaren Automotive, mind you most people were in front of them all year :) .
I really hope the last few races has marked a change in Rosbergs form and the two can race all through next year. With stable regs and the law of diminishing returns hopefully Ferarri can close the gap to Mercedes and push them harder next year.

Karl, thanks for the breakdown. Plenty of interesting reading. I did badly this year but I won't let it stop me from taking my place again next season. Was good that asn were so far up the overall table. We have a good league going on amongst us and the banter is an added bonus. Looking forward to next season already. :) x
