RS3 8V Orders List

Im now on the 7th of March! Is that build week 9 or 10? Cant work it out this early! Ha

Its creeping forward slowly! Give it a few more weeks and i might be looking at a January build week! Fingers crossed!

Thought it was but just couldnt work it out! Ha!

And if you started on bw11 and are now on bw48, that means mine might follow suit and move forward another good few weeks!

Btw, i initially test drove the car on or around the 20th July for about an hour, and ive not been back in one since. Would it be unreasonable to go and ask for another test drive? As i cant really remember how it drives!!

Absolutely... After all you 'may want to add X to your order and need to be sure.' Half a day at least I reckon!

Her brother mine just followed yours again 21st March now to 7tg March

Mine has come back till to 8th February. Come back a week!
1st of March delivery looking promising
 
Bit the bullet last week and have ordered in an all black combo. No BW as yet.

It's going to be a long few months...

Put my order in (from Australia) and awaiting a production date

Went with nardo grey, black pack + black wheels and all the options including the rs buckets

Damn those buckets look real good!
 
My dealer has exact same spec in stock due to a cancelled order without the bucket seats, but it was a must have for me, and will most likely push my delivery to March 16

The quilted sport seats in my s3, same as we get in our spec rs3, just don't provide enough bolstering for me, especially in the rather flat base
 
Order them as a spare part through Audi Australia... steering is on same side
 
They were around 3.5k AUD as an option, so prob double as a spare part, and that's if you can buy them
 
£1650 option price not bad at all also you saving £795 for the super sport seats so £855 extra bargain!!!

Gotta admit they do look really good and thats not a bad premium over the super sports seats.

Would want to sit in them though to make sure they are not too firm or restrictive rather than blindly order.
 
That's what the are charging in Australia but in Britain they might bend us over more! But for the price if it is the same its a bargain!
 
Our Australian spec is very different to yours, so pricing may not be directly transferable. Most of your options are all standard

For example the super seats are standard here, and also the sports exhaust, led headlights, dimming/heated/folding mirrors, Nav, extended leather, everything in your comfort and tech pack

My car has options of bucket seats, sunroof, black exterior pack, assistance pack (radar cruise and self steer), sunroof, carbon engine trim, black roof racks, privacy glass, and an rs pack which includes the carbon interior trim, b&o, mag ride, staggered wheels and red calipers

That's basically every feature available on the rs3, apart from the ceramics

Only issue for us is you cant opt out of red calipers with an rs pack, so I'll have to get them painted black locally
 
I don't like red calipers as well. De gustibus non est disputandum as they say.

Not a fan of red, it's the most chav way for a manufacturer to show a car is sporty

And don't get me started on red stuff in the interior, so lame it hurts

Annoyingly not until the 23rd (some other stuff on) but I'll be going over to look at it before then and hopefully get some more pics...
