iPod connection

Hi all,

I am picking up an Sline Ultra on Monday and am wondering can the iPod/iphone be connected under the armrest or only in the glove box?

Standard MMI/AMI only

The connection is in the armrest, on the C7 the AMI connector has never been in the glovebox. Make sure the dealer gives you the right cable for your phone (Red AMI cable if it is an iPhone 4S or earlier, Yellow Cable if it is an iPhone5 or later). Also do not try and stream audio from the phone via bluetooth if it is also connected via the AMI cable as it causes issues

Thanks for the reply. In my A4 it went to glovebox and i had to extend it myself.

I have made sure they know i have the iphone 6 with lightening connector.

Cant wait now.
