A3 MK2 Dsg gear trim

Hello Everyone

I need to remove the leather gaiter and plastic surrounding trim

Is there any clips or screws to remove the surrounding trim?

.Im a bit heavy handed with plastic clips ..

Thanks in advance for any guidance
