Anyone got this setup on stock ride height 18s on a b7 cab? Look OK? Or should I better go 15 rear and 12 front? Guess stock ride height is same as s-line cabs in case anyone has these on one.

Buy 1 set of 15mm fit to one side front and rear , drive around the block , park and observe .

I'd be interested in seeing this also as im assuming the stock 18's are 7.5inches thick ?

With 15mm that will take it to around 9inches, being the same thickness of mine which sits flush with the arches.

I'm running 15mm on the rear and 7mm on the front, they sit a couple of mm in from flush with the arches.

I have 12 on front and 15 on back, S-Line Sp Ed fill the arches out just right but the back ones rub the inner wheel arches slightly going over those full with speed bumps when i dope down

10mm front and back keep things nice and even and fills the arches without any sidewall contact issues.

If you're buying hubcentric spacers especially anything less than 15mm pop a front and rear wheel off and measure your hubs first. For some reason A4s have very long hubs and some hubcentrics won't fit over them so they don't sit flush on the disc unless you want to get handy with a hacksaw or grinder.

have to agree with above, i spent ages trying to find 10mm to fit my rears , front were not an issue but rears do seem to vary a fair bit and quattro's differ again from 2wd variants, before you leap into buying anything measure the depth of the hub centre from face to face that way you can be sure to get the right depth spacer to fit over it and fit flush with your hub face.

Ok thanks guys for the advice, I've said yes to DrEvils spacers in the for sale section, they are Eibach Pro 15mm. Works around the corner from me so collecting and saving on postage. Guess I'll give them a try and if not good, stick them back on for sale and get a lower mm if I need. Will post photos if they fit on.

dont forget to factor in the ET offset aswell, depending on what offset you have on the your wheel 15mm could be way too much or not enough, or, if you're really lucky spot on.

yes you should be ok with 15 mm then, mine are et45 and rubbed , not alot but not ideal , 12mm was better but stuck i to 10mm to be super safe.

Mine are et43 so because of rubbing on back, not a lot but like you say Rob it's not ideal so i'm thinking about changing to 12's

I've got 12mm all round, you could use 15mm on the back, 15mm on the front IMO might be a bit too far out. At the end of the day it's 3mm, it's personal preference and the difference will be arguably minimal

yep agree with above, and 3mm can be a lot if you dont have the space.

just noticed i mentioned above mine were Et45, doh, typo mistake ,should have been ET43 same as yours.
I think you need to go down a bit chap, they look great but i can see why your getting contact , i tried 15mm on mine and it was a no go.
praps 10-12 max on the back and 8-10 on the front, just a thought, car looks the dogs chap.

ah, just get it gloss or matt wrapped!

As much as im not a fan of 'wrapping'. There are certain places on the car, id say its safe to

Hi guys, got the 15mm spacers on all round this morning. They actually appear to fit fine all round! Nice and flush with the arches. The fronts are slightly more flush than the back but I don't think I'm going to get rubbing from them.

Few photos, car needs a clean, seems we had some very dirty rain overnight in London!

Will post some more once cleaned up

Ebaich pro 15mm hubcentric. DrEvil was selling on the For Sale section.

Just a couple more photos , its subtle but enough for me without needing to going down the route of getting a wider set of wheels.

I used 40mm bolts from eBay which came with new 40mm locking nuts as well.

looka very nice chap.
I have chosen rims with an ET35 offset which has effectively given me spacer width of 8mm allround, and just as yourself i find it ideal for me but i was running et43 originally.
anyway very nice indeed.

After all my efforts yesterday some kid came down my street today with scissors and slashed my front tyre! Did two other cars down the street too.

I have him caught on my ip webcam which points at my car at all times from my house. Footage now in the hands of the police (not that theres much they can do about it I expect). Pretty annoying since I had a rear puncture repaired for a tenner yesterday saving the price of a new tyre, and now I'm forced to buy another one.

Hopefully they will do something, cant stand people who disrespect other peoples property!

yep it is a very common occurence these days, one of the major downsides of on-street /off-street parking, nothing is safe, that and mirrors being ripped off every other day, it doesnt effect me anymore but used to be an issue 30 years ago when i lived at home with parent as they only had street parking so i know how annoying these things can be.

Glad to see your car looks good with the spacers, but very sorry to hear about the damage. Some people are such idiots. I only hope that what goes around comes around and once day the said offender will get his dues!

I was just about to say, I really like the 'stance' Darren. Nice clean looking car.

Very sorry to hear what happened. I simply cannot believe what some people will do.

Great going for having an IP Camera pointed at your car. Unfortunately the police are not likely to do anything but hope justice is served.

The cops may not do anything but you can invoice the boys parents and if they don't pay up, small claims court procedure.

well taken the 15's off the back due to rubbing :unamused: and moved the 12's from the front to back & have to say i prefer to look of the 15's.
i may see if i can get the 15's machined to 13mm at work
