Gone for Mythos Black.black pack..privacy glass...sat nav...dynamic pack...folding mirrors and lumbar support....not too complicated
Lovely stuff, I was seriously tempted with Mythos black with the gloss black styling package, but changed my mind lastminute.com from Nardo to Glacier White...my BW subsequently went from 4th April 2016 to August 30th 2015. However I've just checked and its now changed from the 30th August to the 16th of August....
Very strange the way this Audi ordering system is progressing, some ordered months ago like yourself and are still waiting for BW's
Nice, take a look at my signature I think its all there now. How are you holding up with the wait 81llyh? Seeing pictures on here finally trickling through now is making me soo jealous

I'm browse on phone so can't see your signature, don't usually get on to desktop unless I really need to! I was expecting a long wait was originally BW 51 and now it's 44 so I'm excited! How did you get on with Portsmouth Audi? We were so put off by their sales team that we ordered our A3 Black edition from Southampton - same group but much better service!
well, for one reason, going from the the shot you quoted to this, a very pro-active sales exec without unnecessary prodding;
but really because of the service and treatment from the sales exec. I popped in - adhoc (I already had a order with Basingstoke) with the intention to just view a car (my first first-hand viewing!), but right away, I felt completely comfortable and valued by the interaction from Jason.
I know there is a complete monkey working there, at Portsmouth Audi, from a previous visit back in late Feb/early March when I first went to inquire about the RS3 and felt like I was completely fobbed off by this chap (can't recall his name, but have seen him on my subsequent visits) who sounded like he knew absolutely nothing about cars full stop or use his computer and as I was sitting at his table trying to glean information about the RS3, he stood to shake my hand as if I was leaving, I sat there for a few seconds unsure of how to respond so I just walked out. So glad I changed to Portsmouth and over the moon I have the opportunity to be dealing with Jason, who I think is an enthusiast and is more than happy to prep my car the way I want come delivery

I wanted an RS3 but after checking the space in my mates S3 and seeing the RS3 boot is smaller I ordered an S5 maybe in a couple of years when the kids are older & we don't have to lug too much stuff about!
Anyway Audi CS didn't have a clue about the tracker. I ordered my car 2nd July and dealer said initial BW45, tried the tracker and no joy so phoned CS and they said it was only for the first 200 people as is beta testing and won't be available to me. However I found out the details when you register have to be pretty much exact with name address and number etc and once I had tweaked it to match the details on my order it worked! Unfortunately BW hasn't been brought forward though and just hope it doesn't slip.
Also I think if it is a leased car it doesn't seem to work as we have ordered an A3 on a business lease for an employee and I cant get the tracker to work.
Hope you guys get yours soon and look forward to seeing them, won't be jealous at all!

Evening all,
Found out today from my dealer that the Your Audi website won't be made available to new customers for a while now until the trial version we have all been using has been approved by Audi?
Have you heard the same?

Well that's not good Rs1.. I thought they should be up in 2 weeks. Does anyone know for sure as I was hoping I'd hear this week.

I haven't seen the RS3 boot but it's quoted as 280 litres as opposed to 340 in the S3. My wife's Astra is supposed to be 370 litres and we struggled to get all the stuff in on a trip recently so I know the RS would unfortunately be too small.
Thanks Nick, hadn't noticed that. Not sure if the shelf is higher up than the S3 or reduced volume is due to more space used up under it. Not an issue for us, most trips done 2 up with rear seats folded down, and have roof bars! Not a deal breaker although some interesting 15 plate RS4 Avants for sale.
No problem. I am not sure why it is smaller either but with 2 young kids it's probably a bit cruel for me to put the rear seats down...or is it

Good idea they might just fit in a roof box! Ours are 5 and 2 so when we go away its everything but the kitchen sink at the moment.
I think with the lack of discounts on the RS3 at the moment plus too many tempting options it would be a bit too much for me as well really.
Quite happy to be ordering the S5 though I only had a year with my A5 before it was written off and then went to an SQ5 but missed the A5 style. If I remember right you were on A5OC and had an A5 cab?

I've had 2 A5, a coupe then a cab. Both 3.0tdi q, followed by an A7 BE with SQ5 motor. Now I no longer travel the motorways have gone back to sporty petrol motors. Jumped out of A7 into S3. Fortunately we have another new car and a couple of classics.

Ah yes I remember you had gone from the cab to the A7 the 3.0 twin turbo diesel is a cracking engine just I prefer petrol even though I do about 17k a year probably mad for doing it but what the hell.
Managed to get almost 20% off the S5 I guess because new model due soon, most I have heard people getting on the RS3 is about £1,500.
Back on topic the A3 we ordered for an employee was built nearly 2 weeks ago so expecting dealer to say it will be in very soon.

i think ive probably entered this post in the wrong place but please forgive as i've just signed up
four quick questions for the form please
1.does the new rs3 have park assist because i cant find it anywhere
2.are we bound by a dealers "reservation fee" if we find a better deal elsewhere ,ie are we locked in to that dealer or can we move on and lose the fee [ i think its £500-1000 ] which is fair enough
3.has anyone tried the web based platform CARWOW which seems to have deep discounts.
4.do we think the current VW scandal will affect audi petrol vehicle sales and is it worthwhile trying to play on this when haggling with audi dealers

3. Broadspeed quoted me about 1500 off, that was late July. The broker I spoke to was pretty helpful, I was all set to order until my local dealer pretty much matched the Broadspeed figure. I lodged for a quote on CARWOW but didn't get any response
Carfile gave me £2200 off car late July no one else could get near....car wow was only about £1000 off.

Brokers try to get best price from a range of dealers on their books..as long as you don't mind using a local dealer you can save thousands.My dealer advised that they weren't allowed to discount them

Cheers for that. Seems some people can see some spec and some none. I can't see any but it must be there as the picture shows the exterior options I chose.
I still can't get in... Now have a 25461*** build number and using my postcode as on dealer system. BW2 apparently but it would be good to see. Any ideas? Seems later orders have confirmed build dates already.

I asked my dealer to send me a screen shot of my details so I could copy exactly what they had. I noticed they had my birth date wrong. Fixed that and 2 days later started working.

No worries. I can't see any options on the tracker but doing the stuff as mentioned in the A3/S3 8V thread I opened the saved file in notepad and decoded the options and they all seemed to be there.
Took me a couple of attempts to get on but once you have logged into your audi account you need to make sure all the details match what the dealer has used to order. I think it took a day or two once I had updated the details for it to register.
Hope you can get it to work.
