RNS-E code enter problem

Hi guys , first of all sorry for my bad language.

I had a little problem.

My car is Audi A6(c5) FL model , year 2002

When I bought this car , there was Audi Chours , then I upgrade to Audi Symphony 2 , but now few days ago I bought Audi Navigation Pluss ( RNS-E ) , from Audi A4(b7) model. And now my problems starts :(

I had a 100% correct radio code ... I enter the code , but it says that code is incorrect.

Any ideas ?
 
How do you know the code is 100% correct?
 
Because I have Audi radio book & there is Radio Code , all radio numbers I checked & they are correct.

When I was buying this RNS-E , I checked it. In previous owner's car this radio works perfect ...
 
Does it say incorrect or just keep asking for the code? it is quite common on the older cars such as 2001 RS4's not to accept the code correctly until you reset the RNS-E a few times. Hold RADIO and SETUP until the RNS-E resets and try putting the code in again.

Also are you sure your car is high line? Some A6's have comfort can bus wires behind the radio and not infotainment. Does your car have a full DIS?
