Alot done today.
Rear diff oil done.
Stat and housing done.
2nd Leak found and fixed
Grille.
Fogs tinted.
Hoover.

You don't hang about do you!
Fair play.

I've bought my thermostat, well I've bought 2. Both my cars need it doing.
They are both the same part too!
However, I've bottled it and getting someone to change it for me. The golf is being done on Thursday then I'll arrange for the Audi.

Not sure on the golf but the audi is easy.
It all needs doing before GTI International :)

Bumper will have to wait until after the show, but the wings, bonnet, front and rear bumper and maybe door is getting sprayed...so will look spot on.did think about going white, but alot more work cost.

I need to change my stat too for the second time in 18 months. I've had it and the coolant sat there for about six weeks now, I just can't get the time to do it.

Do you have a part number for the holder as I might as well order one in case it's one of the prongs that have snapped.

Sure!
038 121 121B
TPS about £10 or just over.
I lost quite abit of coolant this time for some unknown reason, but no airlock, happy days!

Cheers mate I'll ring up and order one in tomorrow.

I drained the system last time, but this time I'm going to give the system a good flush through to make sure it's as clean as possible in there.

Ive had the range rover aswel dont rate them tbh i had it that long ive only a few pics. Had it remapped blew turbo so sold it before it became a money pit. The new disco is tempting but im loving the quattro atm.

Meyle HD kit fitted apart from track ends,i had enough at that point so garage can do them with the tracking :)

If anyone is doing this job and needs there car on the road.source suspension legs and get the pinch bolts out.
Alot easier this way. Also you dont need to lower subframe, you can remove the plastic trims.its close but it clears easily.

B5 perches fitted and a full detail.Im back in love lol

I couldn't bring myself to paint my new wheels bright yellow so I just did the callipers as a little 'homage' to your Avant :D

Thats not bright yellow more like custard yellow compared to mine lol.
Those wheels suit that just nicely!
I keep looking for another set but i cant choose or make my mind up.id definitely have pro race 1.2 in high power silver.i do like the graphite/diamond cut suits the blue.
I like the TT s line wheels.

The paint I used is Sunburst Yellow Pearlescent Metallic it doesn't get much brighter LOL. I really like those River R6 split rims, I think they'd look good with yellow centres ;)

Id never go that bright again,i was glad of them removed.20 mile trip and they were caked in dust.ill probably go for the oem look and stay factory looking.id go lower aswel but potholes round here are a nightmare.

Looks amazing! Have you gone back to RS6 wheels now? Cant say your yellow ones were my cup of tea although did match the blue well.

How does the Meyle kit feel, gutted I didn't bother researching bushes options before having all of mine changed couple of months back.

Love the stance on the B5 spring perches, really ought to sort them out for mine.

Extremely jealous of your corrosion free arches!
