Quoted above in 8p vcds thread :

that the ch/lh can be enabled via vcds......it doesn't work someone throw some advice my way please.

It works and I have it coded on my 8P3 2009. Bit of a phaff to get it working though.

On 8P3 cars it's all done through coding and you don't need to add or ground any additional wires like the older cars.

They work on the dipped beam.

Ok can you help me out here, ive connected vcds and gone in and in drop box ticked ch and lh feature, but still nothing,even shows on the menu in dash, stating coming home

Like I said it's a bit of a siege to get it working as should, mine is enabled but doesn't show in the DIS Miami have it showing in the DIS ain't doesn't work properly. You have a BCM compared to my old controller so coding/setup may be different.

And as you don't have a RLS they will come in every time you unlock or open the drivers door.
