Hello
So basically I've got a 2002 Audi A4 1.8t quattro
Read online that the stud pattern is 5x112 so I've bought some wheels which are 5x112 18".
I've test fitted today and they don't line up with the hub.

So this obviously means my car is not 5x112 pattern any ideas as to what it is ?

Thanks

Yeah I'm really confused , the car has some 5x100/5x112 multi fit wheels fitted
The only thing I can think of is maybe the cars had previous accident damage and had vw hubs fitted

are you sure the new wheels are 112 ?

The new wheels are 5x112 no doubt , but I'm really unsure as to why my hubs are different. Doesn't look like spacers or adapters are fitted
But will need them for the wheels

I cant see anyone fitting 100 all round
post a pic of the hubs and new wheels from the back.

Tomorrow I'll take all 4 wheels off and test fot properly
I only done the nsf today and new wheels are stamped 5x112

If it's just the nsf I'll change that hub

Are they genuine wheels?

And are the wheels not 5x110?

No way someone would go to the effort of putting smaller PCD hubs on, and even passats/a6 have 5x112 hubs

agree, something definately sounds wrong. My moneys on the wheels even if they are stamped, if they are genuine 5x112 they should fit unless the center bore is wrong or the car has adapters on it for something else but you can tell that easily. Get some pics up and we can try and help

Finally after getting some free time I tried the wheel on the rear of the car and still won't fit

All four are stamped 5x112
And current wheels are 5x100/112 multi fit

Does the wheel fit flush with the bolt holes but just don't line up. Can you get at least one bolt in and then try line up the others

I'm currently on a night shift so I'll have a play around tomorrow when I'm up
I've just picked up a genuine 5x100 vw wheel from work to test and rule out it being 5x100 pattern and I've got hold of the genuine 17" spokes audi alloy so I'll test and upload results/pics tmo

Alright so I picked up a brand new 5x112 wheel from work ( 62 plate skoda vrs wheel )
Took the wheels off today and test fitted it and all was ok
This means the car is 5x112 as it should be
But the new wheels I bought are stamped 5x112 but it must mean they're stamped wrong and are actually 5x100 ? Which would make sense as there always on every lowered mk4 golf

Had it before with replica wheels. Stamped as 5x112 but turn out to be 5x100.
