Attendee list [Aug 9, 2015] Audis in the park 2015 - AITP7 (Northampton)

so any one that is coming onto the same route as me from Bournemouth please inbox me so we can get a time scheduled together..... im flat out at the mo trying to get the car ready: Rear up adjustable camber arms arrived today, so going to get them fitted 2moz hopefully, dropped the new wing off at the painters today, booked a full valet on Saturday, hopefully my new rear lights and head lights turn up by Friday, will be fitting 25mm spacers 2moz as well.... all this, plus i run a restaurant! haha....

any way, the route i will be taking is as follows, i can stop any where on route to meet people, ill probs set off around 5:30-6:00am :-(

Hi all, is my car the only one going to be in not perfect show condition? Need front bumper respray but won't be able to get it done in time and don't want to stand out like a sore thumb!!!!
 
We're Audi drivers.

We all sit 3mm from the car in front.

There's gonna be stone chips on the front of most cars I'd have thought - be alright. ;)

We're Audi car lovers James, no matter what shape, size or condition. This will be my 3rd aitp and haven't met an Audi snob yet.

Hi all, will there be someone at AITP that can either turn off or reduce the sensitivity of my front f#@?ing parking sensors? all I can hear in my dreams is "beep beep beep beep"

Graham,
This can be done on my A5 via car menu, changes frequency and sound level, silly question, but have you had a look at this. I only have rear sensors though, but the idea should be the same mate.

Yes I can do it in the car menu, just wondered if they can be isolated as well. Just changed my front grill so they're always beeping.

What time you expecting to get there, remember to give me a phone if you can't find us, I'll keep you a spot if I'm there before you, I expect to arrive around 2pm.

My son will probably be checking out the talent rather than putting the tent up. OK thanks, we should be there about 4.30 ish.

I can meet you at Cherwell Valley Services on the M40 Junction 10 if you like?

I think there are a few people coming from Slough / High Wycombe up the M40 so it could be a potential meeting point for everyone?

Me and probably Yega'll be coming m40 from high wycombe. Cherwell Valley Services sounds good. What time do you want to meet there?

7:15? then get to Northampton for 8ish?

I was potentially going to meet up with @Smirky at a shell garage on the A45 south of Northampton but not sure if a time has been arranged yet?

I'm fine at what ever time suits everyone like to get there bright and early help set up if need be and maybe a quick detail :)
 
Myself and @bonifacy87 were planning to leave from High Wycombe around 7:15 but I'll leave it up to him to sort out where and what time we meet you guys.

So maybe meet at Cherwell Valley Services at 7:45?

Go up the A43 then on the M4 South to Junction 15 then on the A45 to pick up smirky from the Shell Station at NN4 0JN at 8:15ish

Then head to AITP for 8:30ish?

Only my thoughts as I'm happy to tag along with everyone else.

Can someone please advise if overnight camping is an extra? As I understand if I have a wristband I can enter Aquadrome night before the event. Am I wrong?

I'm pretty sure camping is an extra but I'm sure someone will be along shortly to confirm this.

In the mean time I found this on the AITP website...

How much is camping and how do I book?

All camping enquiries, including prices, must be sent directly to www.billingaquadrome.com or telephone them on 01524-781453. Quote AITP7 and state you want to pitch on "Shelduck 1 camping field"

Hi I was told you can buy a day pass to access all the facilities on site, swimming pool, bars, amusements etc...
£5 per person
