Evening all.
I've a 2013 A4 which has developed an annoying problem with the drivers seat adjustment. The seat adjusts backwards and forwards as normal but after a while of being adjusted it jolts back when you pull away. It's as if it clips back in place. Always seems to be the right side of the seat. I've had the seat base changed twice. The last time it went to in I was told the base was unlikely to be the problem and the runners (or something to that effect) were adjusted. The seat back seems to rock slightly too. Was told it was common but they refused to acknowledge it as a fault. They suggested I check the seats firmly in position before setting off! Bit patronising! It's going in again on Wednesday as the 'fault' is still there.
Anyone else had a similar issue?
Coupled with a vibrating rear parcel shelf these so called common characteristics are starting to take the shine off ownership.
Whatever happened to Audi build quality?
