S3 intercooler for k03 fitting questions?

i have a 55 plate 2.0tfsi ko3 and ive just bought an s3 intercooler of a 2008 reg s3.

Is this a direct fit? If its a case of longer bolts where can i get the bolts from?

And is this going to be sufficcient for stage 2 so around 270-280bhp

S3 intercooler is plenty up to those power levels.

S3 ic runs 262HP standard and apparently it's fine up to stage 2+ so 350hp ish

Does anyone know if an oem s3 cat back would fit on my car with a pipe werx downpipe and Decat? And whether that would be sufficient for stage 2 or will i loose power figures.

The pipes are bigger on the S3, might want to check that out...
