RNSE Help - south east / London

Hi,

I'm getting the DVD unreadable message, which persists despite cleaning the lens and trying a new DVD.

Further diagnosis/repair is outside my conmfort zone, so think it's time to call in the professionals - any recommendations for someone ideally located in the south east / london area?

Quick update to say thank you to NHN for following up on this and fixing the issue, and tidying up issues from the original install as well. Proper job, nice guy and recommended - cheers mate

Hi there if any one can help I have recently bought a 2011 TT SLine Quattro that I'm extremely happy with the car but have been thinking about changing the audio system which I'm told is very basic model sat nav low ?
I have been looking at the RNS E model with LEd. Screen but have now seen a model RNSE -PU LED Media navigation system please could any one clear up what does what and which one is most suited to my vehicle
