I'm considering lowering my using H&R 35mm-40mmm spring kit
Will I need to get camber etc sorted???

I got my car lowered on eibach 35mm springs. Machanic said car is 100% straight but still recommended getting done. I'm letting car settle another week as on hols then getting done.

As above, get it tracked because it will change the toe angles because the car is sitting lower

Yes needs to be tracked

"tracked"? suerly 4 wheeel alignment is required.

A check is required after any of the following:
  • Your vehicle has hit something (e.g. a kerb or major road hazard).
  • You notice that your tyres are wearing abnormally or unevenly.
  • You experience steering or handling problems, such as:
    • Your vehicle pulls or drifts to one side.
    • Your steering wheel does not return easily after a turn.
    • Your steering wheel remains at an angle when driving in a straight line.
  • When you buy a new set of tyres and want them to last as long as possible.
  • When you replace suspension or steering components.

Thanks guys

Had a mk1 TT and needed to install adjustable tie-bars as there wasn't enough adjustment with the OEM components to maintain correct geometry. I'm assuming not the case with the B8???
