changing rear top arms

so, after my rear camber bolts seized and the bush knackered up after trying to unseize them, i decided to replace the arm, but being me, i can never justify spending £££ on oe parts when for an extra few ££ you can get aftermarket, so i bought a pair of 034 motorsport adjustable arms, while i was at it, i got the front ones too ;-) after all i am going on airbags soon, so will be great to get that extra few degree camber front and rear.

So, fronts are easy so i wont have a problem with them. But the rears??? many people have told me that the only way is to drop the whole rear frame, is this true?
