Anyone used JRTuning in Kent?

They seem legit and I know have posted on here before, but having been very efficient at taking a payment for a remap, that's basically the last I've ever heard of them, despite countless attempts to call them and email them. So it looks like I've been scammed, as a word or warning to anyone else.

As I say if you google them looking for an Audi remap in the London or Home Counties area, they are amongst the first to come up, and it all looks good.

I know Rob. I have contacted him and he says its a bit bizarre and can't figure out how you paid for it without the the work being done, also says he hasn't got an email from anyone called Andy in his inbox for the last few months.

Ok thanks sidibear, that's great. I had hoped it was an oversight. I paid for a byteflash device over the phone, which then never materialized...and all attempts to contact were ignored...I'll email that address now. Obviously when sorted I'll re post signing his praises if it works out.

Its certainly not the kind of thing Rob would do. He is very passionate about his cars, especially Audi's.

Apparently it was dispatched about a month ago, you didn't collect it from DHL so it was returned to Rob.
