Hi guys,

I've got an A3 8PA 1.9 TDI 2006 and I'm planning to get this for it:

Could anyone tell me what shocks to get with it? I'm looking at something relatively cheap. I've seen some that range between £25-£30 for a set of two? I suppose I need for all 4, unless I'm wrong?

Could someone post a link please? I'd appreciate it.

I never replaced my shocks. If they work well and don't leak saves your pennies.

Really? I thought that if you were going lower than 35mm you would have to do that. These are supposed to be 40-50mm springs..

But if I didn't have to that'd be great, just got to know for sure!

Can I see a photo of yours please? How low is it?

So it looks like you're on 30mm springs. That's ought to be the reason of not needing shocks.

I always thought like you, more than -40 and they are needed.Seen so many just adding the springs without.
