Screeching under boost

Hey guys got a weird one for you got my new custom exaust fitted yesterday and it's now making this screeching noise under boost, whether it was there unnoticeable before because of the back box, new exaust is straight pipe from cat back no back box, I do sometimes get a loss of power and vibration under full boost, could this be a boost leak or turbo packing in? Can't hear the video but I've had this sort of thing before after fitting a turbo to a TDI, turned out to be the gasket on the EGR pipe... Obviously you wont have EGR but deffs points towards a gasket/sealing issue
