Thanks bud I really appreciate your kind words. These are Audi DTMs mate and im running 5mm spacers to clear the brakes. Rubs a lot at the rear so going to try get 3mm spacers. I bought mine off a mate but you find the odd set on eBay

The latest additions! Wanted a set of recaros for far too long. The right set eventually came up! So happy

noice to see some TLC for the interior after all that's where we view our cars majority of the time never seen the yellow stitching before looks good. get a quote on yellow resticting on the recaros?

Thank you for your kind words. The s3 has now been sold. Bought myself an rs3. The wheels on the s3 were 18"

I am mate u? Yeah Dave is a good friend of mine. He done my s3 Photoshoot in this months audituner magazine. Yeah it's getting there. Booked in for Apr stage 2 so that should be fun

Sorry this made me laugh.

Obviously your decision was rational as you've essentially bought the same car again but a better version (from standard of course).

Need a build thread on the RS3 though, looks awesome.
 
Welcome to the Daytona Grey RS3 club :yahoo: I have just read this months Audi tuner, awesome S3, will be looking forward to seeing what you do with the RS, I haven't had mine long.
 
Was part of the plan haha not a rational decision at all. The s3 was pretty much made to be an rs3 but it was lacking one key feature. That 5 pot! Always wanted an rs3 and bought an s3 with a view of getting rs3 sometime in the future. A perfectly spec'd and priced one came up at the end of last year so I jumped at the opportunity.

So far got OZ formula HLT wheels with toyo r888, h&r sports springs, full milltek decat and non res, pipercross panel filter, Wagner intercooler. Hoping between 430-440bhp on Apr stage 2 map so will see how that goes.

Loving it, not done anything to mine yet, but have been eyeing up a forge intercooler, revo stage 1 and a panel filter, not sure I want to spend loads on it yet, would love to fully tune it but I need the comfort too

I'm in Aberdeen, met him at a GTScotland Breakfast thing, my dad knew his pal. I've had a 5 pot ST before so can understand why you'd change for sound alone, should sound far better than the normal 4 pot!

I'll need to see if I can find a copy of AudiTuner!
 
Late to this thread, but that was a good read. Looked very nice with the wrap and the yellow details were just enough, not too much, especially the stitching on the steering wheel. Even liked the tyre wall writing ;) RS3 is more than pleasant too mind :sunglasses:
 
any idea on the part numbers for the side skirts both sides and also the s3 rear bumper and diffuser you have looks amazing mate, half way through my conversion?
