Help! I've received my car back from a certified body shop to find some c**t has had his greasy fingers all over the stitching on my 15 reg S3's steering wheel and the White stitching is entirely discoloured. Any ideas how this can be rectified?

I'm in the process of resolving a complaint with the management. As many will understand, my car is spotless and having some c**t do this has spoilt my pride in my new car.

To top this off, the car has dust in areas I couldn't imagine which means they've had the doors wide open in a dirty workshop.

This really annoys me I work in a bodyshop and this type of thing really gets me how people have little or no respect for other people's property I would be asking for a new steering wheel and if this is an insurance repair I would contact the insurer and report this and I'm sure they would support you on this to get your problem resolved.

An all purpose cleaner with a microfibre cloth will get that out

take it back and get them to pay for a professional to clean it or get it to Audi and new wheel .

If baby wipes do not work u might want to try CIf (the old Jif) with some good quality damp kitchen roll gently rub the stitching it shoukd come up white straight away.
