At low speed I am getting a speaking from the clutch/brakes . I appreciate I only drive my beast at the weekend but don't think this is acceptable in a 3 month old car .Has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like the brakes need a clean, couldn't comment on the clutch issue though

Well known issues on the S1.

The clutch I presume you mean the pedal? Been reported many times in here and on other forums - most people's stopped ~1000 miles after when it started as the plastic hinge wore in, but if you want to stop it now a squirt of WD40 on the top of the pedal hinge in the footwell does the trick.

The brakes I think you may find it's not the brakes... Is it a squeal at 2-5mph? If so, many people have found this too and it does it when you are off the brake and creeping at low speed too. I'm pretty sure it's something in the wheel hub assembly but no definitive has been found yet.
One guy had his dealer look at it and they seemed to suggest it was the polystyrene boot liner around the battery, but I'm fairly sure this is dealer bull as they couldn't find what the problem actually was so made something up (he reported the problem returned after a couple of days anyway!). Mine seems to have stopped doing it as much as the weather has got warmer, but also it may have just stopped as something has wore in.

I am running on up-rated brakes and the issue has gone away for me an y other half has a a similar sort of issue on her brakes and BMW gave them a clean and the issue stops hence why i suggested the brakes might just nee a clean.

I spoke to Audi Warranty about this and common on a lot of S/RS models and it is the brakes / brake pads. Advised that could change them both by up grade not sure what he meant by that. Ive currently got other issues with them at the moment to chase this up I'll see how things go. I would use brake cleaner on your brakes maybe a good blast with jet wash first then clean.
