Cheers Chop, i think my grill is different to yours, yours is square where as mines got a slide angle on the top edges, as you can see in my pic.

Yeh you've got the new shape but I think there's some kicking about I find ebays generally good for most stuff as long as you use good feed back sellers

So took the badges off the bootlid today and what a difference it make. Less is definitely more

It was a hot day yesterday so they came off pretty easy. Pulled the badges off by hand then managed to get most of the glue off by just picking at it then used a little wd40 to soften the remainder and used some auto glym paint renovator to get rid of the outlines.

Yep Archies, had it for a good few years now, great for the kids and to get away at the weekends :relaxed:

PS, noticed you have the VAGCOM.. I might need a plug in sometime in the future so we could meet up and chat cars and statics :tonguewink:

Been on that site but haven't seen that post so thanks.. I think I just need the hidden menu enabling mainly, plus the gauge test and lap timer would be cool:)

Hello chop do you keep your reg in the window all the time.

I'm asking this as I got pulled less than 5 mins after fitting my grill with my plate in the window??

Thats what i am going to enable on mine, just haven't got round to it. But give us a shout when your ready Keaney and we will sort something out :)

Na just stuck it in today when I was painting bumper but I am going to leave it there see how I get on
 
Well as I said chop 5 mins after fitting plod asked me to fix it. I have it in the centre but I'm toying with a few options and the legality of it all

Yeh it just looks so much better without it

I did have a square plate on the side for a short time but it didn't look great as the plate was to big but I've seen more and more audis with side plates or those stick on plates on the bumper but I don't think that looks that great either
