Recommended body shops in Berkshire

Hi guys looking to get an s-line rear bumper for my b6 off fleabay but wanted to know if anyone could recommend any decent body shops in the Berkshire area? And rough costs either from past experience or word of mouth?

I'll probably need to get it resprayed to match my car and got a bit of a dent in the rear wheel arch that needs bashing out (late night parking when your not paying much attention!)
