Police won't do F all lol. I bought an Xbox one off a guy on eBay from Swansea. All the bad feedback started soon after. Turns out he was selling Xbox ones and PS4s like there was no tomorrow. Just from the feedback he got it worked out around 2 grands worth.

Got my money back easy from PayPal. But not sure how it works and if the seller is in anyway at all penalised. How can they take the money back once they've cleared there PayPal?

Anyway, reported them to the police, and got the other buyers to do the same. Did the statement for the fraud department ( bearing in mind I knew his address, found his Facebook with a picture of him, even what at he drove with the number plate) and they did nothing. Said there wasn't enough evidence of fraud?! Lol

Yeah it's a joke isn't it! About 10yrs ago my eBay account got hacked and someone sold 10x brand new sony vaio laptops on there for a £1k each,I knew nothing about it till I tried to get into my eBay account.Thought nothing of it and about 2x mths later the police were at my door wanting to know about 10x different people I'd supposedly ripped off all over England! That's when there was an investigation into it and I was told the password etc had been changed on my account. Apparently they said they knew who did it because they traced it somehow, but I never found out any more and lost my eBay account! But the police probably did nothing coz the person was down on their luck, claiming benefits and had no intention of ever getting a job!

How come he isn't receiving negative feedback?

Because he doesn't want to sell any parts on eBay,he's left his number there so people text him for parts, then on the hope he gets paid through PayPal 'as a gift' for the items and then the text messages soon stop and he has the money, but cunningly he uses his mates paypal account so his PayPal isn't linked to the eBay advert! Not as cunning as he thinks though!

Well looks are deceiving , from his Facebook picture he looks like such an honest young individual, a pillar of his community.

If they put as much time into education and hard work as scamming people and being a **** they might actually get somewhere in life.
